Registration

Covered Booth – $180.00
These booths are located under the photo voltaic panels in the lot. Panels are high, so shade is not always guaranteed at different times of the day. Tents are optional.

The following are not allowed: tents, equipment, tie-downs, posting, taping, securing to any of the PV structures.
Uncovered Booth – $130.00
These booths will be in an open lot that doesnt have any PV panels overhead like the Covered Booths will have.
Vendor - Food Booth (non-packaged, cooked on-site) – $200.00
I am interested in being a Food Booth Vendor.
I will be also responsible for acquiring proper certification.

Please notify HRPS if you are a tent booth or a food truck.

Procedures for Vendors:

1. Pay to secure your booth space. Spaces are limited!

2. All Vendors are to attend the Vendor Orientation meeting--scheduled on Wednesday, October 7, 6:00pm At Location TBD. Booth Selection will be conducted at this time to select booth space.

**Vendor is responsible for providing their own tent, tables, and chairs. See Vendor Contract for full details.

Some new updates for this year's fair:

Booth spaces not to exceed 12'x12' space
Booth spaces will be outdoor - majority of booths will be under the photo voltaic panels and there are some that are not under. *PV panels are high so shade is not always a constant. Tents are optional - but must fit inside your allotted space.
Vendors are to supply their own equipment (including tables, chairs, and weights)
