Procedures for Vendors:

1. Pay to secure your booth space. Tiers are limited!

2. All Vendors are to attend the Vendor Orientation meeting--tentatively scheduled on Saturday, April 12, 9:00am At Location TBD.  Booth Selection will be conducted at this time to select booth space.

**Vendor is responsible for providing their own tent, tables, and chairs. See Vendor Contract for full details.

The Booth Space provided to Vendor shall not exceed 10’ x 10’ in all dimensions (depth, width, height). Any and all of Vendor’s materials and equipment must be contained within the dimensions of the Booth Space. This requirement will be strictly enforced and if Vendor is found in violation of this requirement, HRPS may immediately remove Vendor from the Event at HRPS’s sole discretion. Should vendor tent not meet requirements of size, the vendor may not be invited to future HRPS fairs.  Vendors assigned to spaces along building walkways will be allowed comparable space to a 10’ x 10’ space as walkway widths will vary and need to allow for walking paths in accordance to ADA accessibility.  If Vendor is found in violation of this requirement, HRPS may immediately remove Vendor from the Event at HRPS’s sole discretion.
